Machine Control

An implement automation kit, GPS and a complete robotic station that allows for control of motor grader and bulldozer blades, as well as controlling passes and compaction index of the Smooth Road Roller. A solution that improves precision and the resulting quality of the final product.

BIM DEMOCRATIZATION

A collaborative platform on which professionals can access the latest versions of 2D, 3D and 4D projects. Thereby allowing us to reduce the use of paper on construction sites, to identify potential interferences between the project and the field and – when this occurs – to solve the issue through the app, directing the action to the responsible department. All generated data is converted to indicators through BI enabling it to be used in the company’s projects and matrix areas for project management.

REALITY CAPTION

Drones and laser scanners provide an image and cloud survey of points in the construction site to monitor the progress and collect information used in engineering studies to assess opportunities and possible improvements in processes.

VIRTUAL REALITY TRAINING

Modern technology allows us to effectively provide highly immersive, risk-free virtual training, allowing professionals to increase their awareness of risks through simulations of real conditions that they will face in the workplace.

Fleet management

Technology applied in the management of equipment using a unified ecosystem for monitoring, noting, tracing and telemetry. Equipment management takes place in real time, integrating planning and execution with reliable information for proactive management.

IOT FOR ENERGY CONSUMPTION

Monitoring the consumption of energy at construction sites through a partnership with CUBi, a startup company specializing in electricity management based on data reading combined with IoT and Big Data.

Where we are present

CAROLINE ABREU – CCINFRA INNOVATION

“In 2018, we had the opportunity to see – all in one place – the best the industry has to offer when it comes to suppliers, products, services, materials and education, as well as having the unique opportunity to network with various professionals in the field. After the event, we deepened studies on maturity methods with national partners.
We also had the opportunity to see one of the most iconic engineering landmarks in the world, the Hoover Dam, and to understand the challenges of its construction in the 1930s.”

MARCELO NONATO – VIRTUAL CONSTRUCTION CCINFRA

“In 2019, Camargo Corrêa Infra participated in the Autodesk University event, which took place in Las Vegas (USA). On this occasion, we held two lectures. In the first, as part of the ‘Forum LATAM’ event, we discussed our journey to take BIM to the service fronts. In the second, as part of ‘Industry Talks’, we presented our process of generating Dashboards in Power BI based on data provided by the BIM 360 tool. This second lecture was selected as a relevant case following voting by the Autodesk community. Thus, we became the first Brazilian construction company to present a case in the main event at Autodesk University.”

ALEXANDRE HIGA – CCINFRA ENGINEERING

“Taking part in the greatest construction and mining equipment fair in the world allowed us to discover the most modern and innovative products in our sector and improve our networking with specialized companies.
Many technological innovations confirmed that we are on the right track while others have challenged us to implement them in our works and proposals, aiming for increased competitiveness.”

CAROLINE ABREU – CCINFRA INNOVATION

“Following a visit from the DTI delegation in January 2019, we took advantage of our participation in BAUMA to continue the trip and explore the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) laboratory in Copenhagen.
Being in touch with international players, has not only offered insights and inputs to our Technological Transformation Plan, but has also shown that our initiatives are aligned with the trends in the sector.”

ANDRÉ VERONES – CCINFRA ENGINEERING

“For us, due to the implementation of Reality Capture in CCInfra’s construction works, participating in this event was extremely important. The Drone Show has grown a lot in the last couple of years and it is the main Drone event in Brazil, bringing together the entire value chain for the sector and presenting disruptive applications that go beyond mapping.

We had the opportunity to participate in the 2019 edition through workshops, lectures and courses. At the event we also got to know the startup company Horus, which subsequently provided services for one of our projects in the Billings reservoir in São Paulo. We also got to know the company Speedbird, which is now conducting tests – authorized by ANAC and DECEA – to deliver items for iFood in Campinas.

We also learned about the Drone with a linked Laser Scanner, which was brought to Brazil by companies Metro Cúbico and CPE. We were able to see a drone used to inspect ducts and chimneys for the company xd4solutions.”

DARCIO MANDARANO – CCINFRA DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

“During our mission to Boston in 2019, we focused on Innovation and Digital Transformation processes in Civil Construction. Out of all the visits we made to startup companies, suppliers and industry leaders, I would like to highlight the Build Space Center at Autodesk, a Center for Innovation and Research specialized in the sector. I would also like to mention the CSHub at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). We had a few days of immersion and learning that contributed to our journey of Innovation and Digital Transformation.”

CAIO KAGUE – CCINFRA INNOVATION

“In 2019, we participated in the largest innovation and technology week in Latin America: the 5th edition of São Paulo Tech Week. Along with our partners Matec Engenharia, 4 Vants, SENAI, Terracotta Ventures, Nexo and FAAP – which offered us the BHub – we demonstrated how some cutting-edge technologies in industry 4.0 are currently being used in infrastructure and constructions.

We participated in two panels: “Innovation and Technologies of Industry 4.0 in Civil Construction | Open Innovation”  – with innovative construction processes – and “Innovation and Technologies of Industry 4.0 in Civil Construction | BIM”, in which participants navigated our construction sites through our Touch Screen TV.”

AMADEU MARTINELLI – CCINFRA EQUIPMENT

“CONEXPO is one of the largest equipment exhibitions in the world, featuring the participation of the most important players in the market. During our visit to the event in 2020, we were focused on new technology to automate equipment operation activities, mainly in the electric and autonomous market. I noted that we still have a long way to go to reach 100% automation of our operations, but CCInfra is certainly ahead in the search for this type of solution.”

Partners
in this Journey

We do not achieve great results all by ourselves. Strong partners are an integral part of our journey towards innovation in our infrastructure projects.

CCInfra partner in innovation incentives, mapping and structuring projects for submission to the main existing subsidies.

Accelerating strategic projects with Futurize. Our Innovation team can count on this partner to encourage a culture of innovation, portfolio management and project performance assessment.

Our partnership emerged to identify startup companies in Brazil and around the world that work with topics that are relevant to CCInfra.

This is done through selection, conception, negotiation and monitoring of proofs of concept with the selected startups.
